SICA Money Matters Education Program (“SMM EDU PROGRAM”)
“Money Matters Financial Literacy Program” offered through SICA Mobile.
By offering financial education program under “Money Matters”, our company can help customers better understand their finances and make wise financial choices. We will target consumers and business entities based on their level of knowledge or specific financial need and may incorporate our banking products and services.
Our Program aims at helping our customers and the communities we serve, the ability to make sound financial decisions, combining knowledge, behavior, and the right attitude.
Whatever our customers’ backgrounds and ambitions, our company will offer education and advice that empowers them to build their preferred future. We’re committed to providing extensive, personalized support to help our customers and the communities we serve gain the knowledge they need to make confident financial decisions about debt, budgeting, savings, and investing. The program includes young adults ages 16-24 learning the basics of personal finance. The materials can help prepare participants for future life events such as renting a home, buying a car, or paying for college.
In doing all these various activities, our customers and the community will gain inside of the following:
- Building wealth
- Understanding Emergency Funds
- Learning how to buy a home
- Protect and care for your family financially
- Be ready for retirement
Our different financial experts will provide the support for each financial literacy event:
- Financial Literacy Education Specialist
- Relationship Account Officer for Banking.
- Loan Officer
- Tax
- Business Operations Specialist
The financial education seminars will be an in-person event held in various locations throughout the community. We will collaborate with community-based organizations or associates, nonprofits, government agencies to help publicize the event. We will also have different communication channels to allow participants to know when the event is, and how to sign up for one. We may also use our Zoom class to conduct training sessions.
All services and materials will be provided at No cost to all participants. Its part of our commitment to our customer and the communities we serve.
This approach allows our company to expand its services beyond traditional online interactions with customers. It offers a more human-like approach which offers a wider range of questions and solutions to meet customer needs.
We will use the “Money Matters Program” to benefit customers and the communities we serve, and will measure quarterly feedback, how well customers manage their money, including how customers make smart financial decisions. One measure of the success of our program is the extent to which it produces positive changes in the attitudes and behaviors of our customers and the community.
The more customers and the communities we serve gain knowledge about budgeting, savings for the future and handle money challenges like emergencies, and investing, choosing credit products and protecting themselves against fraud, this goes to help improves household finances.
Financial education also benefits the broader economy by making citizens more financially stable. Over the long term, this enhanced financial stability can improve the economy outlook for an entire community and can create new opportunities for businesses including our company.
SICA Mobile’s “Money Matters Financial Literacy Program”, is primarily a basic overview of money matters and its fundamental core principles, which are Debt Management, Budgeting, Savings and Investing, including Banking, Credit, Retirement, Loans, Debt Management and Taxes.
The program is offered free to customers and the people within the communities we serve.
